Trained at the Ecole Hôtelière de St Quentin en Yvelines, Laurien worked with some of Paris’s top caterers. An entrepreneur by nature, he created Trait’Tendance in 2002. Epicurean, gourmet and a bit of a geek, he’s made Trait’Tendance his ideas laboratory!

After more than 20 years’ experience at Options, where he headed the Decoration subsidiary, Frédérick joins us in September 2023 as Sales Director. An expert organizer of large-scale events and a philanthropist, he is also a musician and a great sportsman. All these talents are now at the service of our customers and employees!
A graduate of Khâgne, History and CELSA, Céline chose event management over art history. Gourmet and chauvinist, she swears by Aubrac beef and Aveyron lamb.
With a Master’s degree in Accounting and Management, Lucie worked for a long time in chartered accountancy firms, before holding the position of Administrative and Financial Manager of a communications agency for 4 years.
A mother of three, Lucie loves traveling, family weekends and good meals with friends, and is in charge of the administrative and financial side of the business.
With a Master’s degree in Contemporary History and Communications, Laura’s passion for sports and her passion for life are the driving force behind all her projects! Her experience and career path led her to the position of Project Manager, then Customer and Partnership Manager.
A Savoyard by birth and a graduate of the Institut Vatel, Nathalie has inherited a taste for gastronomy. After a long experience in the luxury hotel industry, and driven by her passion for the culinary professions, she joined the world of catering more than ten years ago… and the Trait’Tendance teams in September 2023!
With a Master’s degree in logistics management, Quentin began his career organizing trade shows, before his passion for gastronomy, and cheese in particular, prompted him to join the Beillevaire cheese dairy, where he developed its events offering. Epicurean and adventurer, he now puts his experience and rigour at the service of our customers!
After graduating from KEDGE Business School, Victoria joined the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne for a Master of Hospitality Management.
During her studies, Victoria discovered not only the world of luxury hotels, but also that of the associative world by helping to open a solidarity hotel in Madagascar. It’s a commitment she continues today with the Women’s Foundation, for which she organizes solidarity collections.
Sporty, dynamic and curious, Victoria joins us as a junior project manager.
After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in International Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Institut Paul Bocuse, Adèle worked with leading caterers in London and Paris. Sporty, inquisitive and a gourmet, she joins our location search team as a project manager.
After a successful first internship in our sales department, and obtaining her Master’s degree in Cultural Project Management from the University of Angers, Mélanie is joining Trait’Tendance for a new adventure! Passionate about cuisine, art and history, she has found a job that matches her passions as a venue project manager!
With her dual training in communications, at ESP, and hotel management, at Ecole Ferrandi, Sophie is in charge of the logistics department. A craft she masters as well as her dance steps, which she practises assiduously!
After obtaining a BTS in hotel and restaurant management in Dinard, Mathilde left her native Brittany to move to New Zealand. On her return to France, she stayed at the Ritz Paris for over 4 years. From brasserie to Michelin-starred restaurant, via banquet service, the prestigious house soon holds no secrets for her! Mathilde joins Trait’Tendance as Production Manager.
After obtaining a double CAP in cooking and pastry-making at the Ecole de Paris des Métiers de la Table, Christophe began his career in the events industry as a commis, then chef de partie, second and finally chef de cuisine. He spends his free time with his family, but also with rugby, which he played for 20 years, and sport fishing. For over 4 years, Christophe has been reigning supreme in the Trait’Tendance kitchens!
After obtaining his Bac Pro from Chef Bruno Oger in Cannes, Paul went on to study for a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts Management at the Institut Paul Bocuse. He completed several internships in the kitchens of three-star chefs Glenn Viel and Laurent Petit. Passionate about cooking… he’s also passionate about old cars and will be taking part in the 4L Trophy in 2022. Since June 2022, he has also been in charge of Trait’Tendance’s culinary creations!
Trained at the American University of Beirut, Yasmina holds a Master’s degree in interior architecture, with a specialization in culinary design, and has worked in Italy and Lebanon. Loving to draw as much as she loves to cook, this well-traveled woman has come to us to head up the Culinary Creation and Design division.
With a vocational baccalaureate in management and administration, Erika soon turned to cooking, her passion since the age of 10! She then took a BTS in Culinary Production Unit Management and completed her training with a major catering group.
Passionate about gastronomy, travel and sport, Erika joins our purchasing and logistics department.
Since Avignon, Aymeric and Alexis, our webmasters, have been weaving the fabric of Trait’Tendance!
A great defender of the Senegalese soccer team, Mahamady has a strong team spirit. He decided to join the Trait’Tendance team and now helps out with cooking and production.
Originally from Senegal, Abdoulaye grew up in Dakar. After traveling in Africa and Europe, he settled in France. A great sportsman, he actively supports his native country’s soccer team! Abdoulaye joins Trait’Tendance as a technical agent and order picker.
Damien, our delivery driver, holds a BTS in business unit management and is responsible for getting our products to your event every day! Full of energy and a keen sportsman, Damien joined the Trait’Tendance team last October.
Florent, who has a vocational baccalaureate in industrial equipment maintenance, has a passion for handball and soccer (and admits to supporting OM…). Rémy, who has an electrical engineering diploma and experience of working for a large refrigerated transport company, is more interested in motor sports. A dynamic duo to oversee our daily shipments!
