In 2003, Laurien Delacour, with a background in hotel management and a passion for gastronomy, was driven by a desire to redefine the codes of event design. He wants to create a new concept, disruptive, modern and far removed from the codes and model of traditional caterers.
La Maison Trait’Tendance is born! Combining two professions and two areas of expertise, luxury catering and event management.
This method allows us to revolutionize our profession without forgetting its essence: quality gourmet cuisine.
