The founders of Monsieur Saucisse are lovers of good food, critics of junk food and defenders of French savoir-faire. They set themselves a challenge: to reinvent the hot dog while respecting French taste and tradition. Made with artisan brioche bread, French cured sausages, crispy onions and sauces cooked in a cauldron, these “bistronomic” hot dogs are prepared and served in a “guinguette”-style cart… and are a big hit at Trait’Tendance events!
