The Luna Création adventure began in 2015. Young Andréa, who has just graduated from the Beaux-Arts, moves to Hong Kong. She discovered a different way of cooking, lighter and more plant-based. A revelation for Andréa, who is lactose, gluten and egg intolerant. She then imagined her first sweet creations, and soon became head pastry chef at a vegan restaurant.
Four years later, back in France, she brought back ideas, audacity and the desire to create her own pastry house.
Luna Création launches in 2019. The raw produce selected for the recipes meets very precise criteria and is organically grown. Each moon is vegan, gluten-free and additive-free. The colorants are natural, the recipes require no cooking and follow the rhythm of the seasons.
Lune blanche with coconut and white chocolate, lune marbrée with orange and cashew nuts, lune bouquet fruité with orange blossom and rose… these creations, as beautiful as they are tasty, now grace Trait’Tendance cocktails and snacks.
