The Kalios brand was born in 2010. But the adventure began long ago, in the heart of the Peloponnese.
Olives from the small village of Neochori-Ithomi, in southern Greece, have been grown from father to son for 8 generations. It’s a family affair… and in 2010, it’s taking off again with the expansion of the olive grove. From November to January, under the supervision of Uncle Aris, the olives are harvested by hand using traditional Greek craftsmanship. Cold-extracted from a single variety of olive (Koroneiki), Kalios olive oil is available in several vintages and an organic range. A favorite of top chefs, Kalios olive oil complements Trait’Tendance starters, dishes and culinary workshops.
