It’s the story of a meeting between two ultra-talented young chefs: Hugo Riboulet, winner of Top Chef 2023, and Albane Auvray, another of the season’s candidates. Sharing the same values and passion for French gastronomy, they joined forces to create their own brand, Groot la Tourte, which breaks the mould and revitalizes a great classic of French culinary heritage: pithiviers.
Made with fresh, seasonal and exceptional produce, their pithiviers, whether foie gras, salmon or veg, follow the rhythm of the seasons, to the delight of gourmets and gourmands alike!
