Myriam Sabet grew up in Aleppo, Syria. Her childhood memories include the scent of Damask rose, lemonade and jasmine. Flavors from the Levant that can now be found in his Parisian patisserie. Made daily using ancestral methods and exceptional raw materials, Maison Aleph’s pastries include lemon, mango and jasmine “nests”, as well as “1001 feuilles”, the Maison’s signature dessert, which revisits the traditional baklawa.
