Founder of Trait’Tendance, Laurien Delacour continues to write the history of this family-run business, contributing his culinary expertise and operational excellence.

Perfect knowledge of the site, its history and its terroir led our Culinary Design & Research department to create a menu specially dedicated to the Grange de Bourgoult.
The Bourgoult menu offers a selection of cocktails, culinary workshops, starters, main courses and desserts made with fresh, seasonal produce, carefully selected from local suppliers.
