Conceived and designed by our Culinary Design & Creation department, Food Corner by T’T recipes are dedicated to a single recipe. Made from fresh, seasonal produce, each recipe comes in a classic version and a more creative one.
Food Corner by T’T can also be customized to suit your wishes or the theme of your party!

Food Corner by T’T reconciles street food and gastronomy.
The products used for each recipe have been rigorously selected for their quality, seasonality and locality.
Aubrac meat from Maison Conquet, AOC cheeses and butter from Jean-Yves Bordier, organic or sustainable vegetables: the Food Corner by T’T showcases exceptional products.
In keeping with the seasons, they are available in a range of savoury culinary workshops:
- poke bowl: inspired by Hawaii, this Food Corner offers vinegared rice with a side of organic seasonal vegetables and fruit, salmon tartare, marinated organic chicken fillets, aromatic herbs and toppings…
- bagels: as in New York, this Food Corner offers a cream cheese, mesclun, smoked salmon, grilled vegetable or pastrami version of the bagel from Maison Conquet.
- terroir: a Food Corner with local accents, featuring a selection of AOC cheeses by MOF Jean-Yves Bordier, and haute couture charcuterie by Maison Conquet.
- blinis: based on minute-cooked potato blinis, this Food Corner offers vegetarian, meat and fish dishes.
- tacos: like an invitation to fly to Mexico, Food Corner tacos offers a “carne” interpretation, and another vegetarian one, of the famous South American dish.
