Led by our artistic director and your dedicated project manager, an entire department supports our customers in the creation of prestigious gastronomic events.

A team of enthusiasts

Our teama graduate of France’s top culinary schools and passionate about gastronomy, unearths the rarest productsthe most demanding and flavourful of dishes and culinary workshops gastronomic: epigram of lamb and potato domino Francis Mallmann style; cream of sea urchin in its shell, seasoned with black garlic and Thai cebette; turbot in zucchini scales and summer truffle…

Throughout the year, our team of gastronomic experts, inspired daily by the latest trends on the French and international culinary scene, innovate and propose unique dishes, creating tasty and unique combinations of flavors and textures. Drawing on this passion and experience, Trait’Tendance offers customized creations that reflect the theme chosen for your event, as well as the image of your company, your brand or your product.

It’s with daring and talent that our chefs offer you a wide range of constantly renewed culinary animations. The creation, up-to-the-minute preparation and direct contact between our chefs and your guests have become a cornerstone of our services.

Throughout the year, our culinary creation department supports our customers in the preparation of made-to-measure food items, personalized gourmet menus, thematic and aesthetic culinary events… original creations, entirely designed on our premises, from the first sketches in pencil to their final preparation in the kitchen. Complementing our creative approach, our culinary design & creation department offers a photography service, in the studio or on location.

 

This year, in partnership with the Cité de la Céramique, Trait’Tendance organized an evening on the theme of “La beauté du geste”, in reference to the exhibition of the same name.
This incredible encounter between aesthetics and delicacy showcases the talents of artists in residence, Sèvres artisans and off-site projects. Trait’Tendance took advantage of this event to reveal to the 300 guests all the beauty and technical skills of our cooks through workshops.
