Trait’Tendance’s culinary calendar: August!

With the sun at its zenith, the 8th stage of our culinary calendar takes us on the road to Italy, to taste the traditional bruschetta, a culinary specialty made with rustic bread, olive oil and salt!

To prolong summer on your back-to-school cocktails, our Culinary Design & Research department has come up with a gourmet and colorful bruschetta workshop:

  • Toasted Poilâne bread, Kalios olive oil, eggplant caviar, goat tomme, pomegranate and fresh herbs
  • Toasted Poilâne bread, Kalios olive oil, avocado, PDO feta, herb ricotta and fresh herbs.
