Located at Porte Dorée on the edge of the Bois de Vincennes in Paris’s 12th arrondissement, the Palais de la Porte Dorée is characterized by its sober lines and monumental architecture. It was built by architect Albert Laprade for the 1931 International Colonial Exhibition. Its design was entrusted to some of the greatest names in Art Deco.
Today, the Palais de la Porte Dorée is a multi-faceted cultural institution comprising a magnificent historic monument, the Musée national de l’histoire de l’immigration and the Aquarium tropical. With its wide range of spaces, it is the perfect setting for business and festive events, both daytime and evening.
