On June 29, the law firm Baker McKenzie Paris celebrated 60 years of presence and development in France!
To celebrate this anniversary, Baker McKenzie Paris asked the Black Lemon agency to organize an incredible garden party at the prestigious Hôtel Potocki.
Throughout the evening, the 800 guests were treated to artistic performances, a showcase by singer Pierre Demaere, gourmet cocktails by Trait’Tendance… and five delicious recipes specially created for the occasion by chef Justine Piluso:
- summer salad with fruit and vegetables, goat’s cream, condiments and Romesco sauce
- octopus chiffonnade, herb salad and lemon confit
- beef confit, roasted peaches and tartar sauce
- mushroom and truffle arancini, heart of Brie cheese, seasonal tomato compote, white truffle strips
- lemon tart revisited
