Our Culinary Design & Creation department has been asked by one of our customers to design a Belle Epoque evening, next January, in the Galerie Sud of the Petit Palais.
Set against a backdrop of feathers and black-and-gold buffets, a host of culinary workshops will reflect the festive, gourmet spirit of the Années Folles:
- Tasting of IGP foie gras with Kayser gingerbread
- Fumerolle of sea bass with apples, fennel and iodized cresses
- Burnt leek, burrata and delicate Aix&Terra black truffle honey
- Risotto with porcini mushrooms
- Popelini cabbage
- Dessert buffet Nina Métayer
