A few days ago, a major management consulting firm specializing in the luxury sector entrusted Trait’Tendance with the organization of its first annual convention.
Over 400 employees gathered at the Théâtre du Trianon for a conference followed by a cocktail reception and dancing.
Numerous culinary workshops enlivened the cocktail party, which was served in the Theatre’s Salle de Bal:
– Label Rouge salmon tartar with ginger and pepper Olivier Roellinger
– Large Italian buffet with PDO and DOC cold cuts, cheeses and Terra Candido antipasti
– Mushroom risotto
– Cod, celery and chestnut mousseline, almond and vanilla foam
– Food corner Brioche’n’Roll
– Tiramisu workshop
