This month, we introduce you to one of our signature desserts: Mojito pineapple!
Finely sliced and infused in a verbena and lemongrass syrup, Victoria pineapple is accompanied by a Mojito sorbet, Timut pepper sourced from Epices Olivier Roellinger, a lime crumble and an exotic fruit coulis.
