For their annual “summer party”, 500 employees of a major management and strategy consulting firm gathered in a jungle-like setting. Perched on the top floor of a Parisian building, guests enjoyed a breathtaking view over the capital’s rooftops.
Trait’Tendance’s culinary workshops featured a summery menu rich in flavors, including a large Italian buffet, crab, mango and piquillo crumble, IGP duck breast with Roussillon peaches, Yoom Dim Sum bites and a bao burger. Gourmets were also able to enjoy our refreshing pavlovas glazed with fresh seasonal fruit and Baulois fondant accompanied by vanilla ice cream from Une glace à Paris.
Guests enjoyed this unusual setting late into the night, in a festive and convivial atmosphere.
