The 8th Chefs de Gare festival will be held from October 11 to 17, throughout France.
The aim is to introduce visitors to the regions through gastronomy, to to highlight local produce and raise public awareness of “eating well”. For several years now, Michelin-starred chefs have been returning to the historic brasseries of French railway stations… a a real entry point for showcasing the specialties of each region.
With patrons including Eric Frechon, Michel Roth, Christian le Squer and Michel Rostang, this 8th edition of Chefs de Gare promises to be rich in flavour!
Star chefs, hotel schools, craftsmen and foodtrucks will be hosting workshops and demonstrations at their respective stations. Be careful at the start!
