Ingredients for 5 people :
¼ of watermelon Terroirs d’avenir
1 tablespoon Olivier Roellinger golden sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 stalk Terroirs d’avenir celery
Sesame seeds or gomasio Olivier Roellinger
Pour the watermelon pieces and 1/3 of the celery into a blender or juice extractor. Add oil and soy sauce as required. Taste the mixture so that the watermelon predominates. Finely chop the remaining celery.
Pour the gazpacho into 5 small bowls. Sprinkle with celery and a few roasted sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy.
