A look back at a prestigious evening at La Maison Boétie.
A few days ago, Séphora asked Trait’Tendance to organize a festive evening to round off two days of seminars.
In the retro-futuristic setting of Maison Boétie, designed by architect Jessica Mille, 120 employees gathered for a cocktail reception featuring a number of culinary workshops:
- Duck foie gras tasting, L’Epicurien condiments
- Mr.Goodfish labelled cod foamed with almond milk
- Tasting of AOC and PDO cured meats and cheeses direct from small Italian producers
- Minute Pavlova with nitrogen and fresh seasonal fruit
- Unmissable mignardises from our partner Nina Métayer, best pastry chef in the world
A festive evening of food and drink, followed by a musical blind test and DJ set!
