Reception for the Governor of Virginia at Cercle Lebrun

For the past 8 years, 100 guests have gathered at the Paris Air Show to honor the state of Virginia. And so, on June 18, in the superb and historic Cercle Lebrun, we held a cocktail reception with an American accent. For the occasion, guests were treated to some delicious culinary delights: USA scallops with crispy corn and spicy sauce, pan-fried gnocchi with coriander and hazelnut pesto, Aubrac beef fillet with Buenos Aires garnish, followed by a succulent chocolate ganache tart with a caramel sauce of
