Nina Metayer x Trait’Tendance

Awarded Pâtissière of the Year two years in a row before the age of 30, Nina Métayer trained at the Ecole Ferrandi Paris before starting her career at Hôtel Meurice, Raphaël, Grand Restaurant and Café Pouchkine. Strengthened by her experiences and driven by the entrepreneurial flame, she set up her own business in 2019, becoming a consultant and developing numerous projects.
A few months later, to support the launch of her online patisserie Delicatisserie, Nina moved into the Trait’Tendance laboratories… Combining the creativity and talent of one with the events and logistics expertise of the other, this new partnership heralds a year 2021 rich in projects and gourmet moments!
