Lobster roll

Born on the shores of New England, the lobster roll has recently conquered the other side of the Atlantic Ocean.

Trait’Tendance offers a gourmet interpretation of this North American street food classic. Served in homemade brioche bread, our lobster, caught in Brittany, is served with a fresh herb cocktail sauce and chunks of avocado. An original culinary workshop for all your Trait’Tendance events!
