In 2011, Henri Guittet swapped his tidy thirty-something suit for a pastry chef’s jacket, and set about creating ice-cream recipes with offbeat flavours. A new generation of ice creams and sorbets is born, uncompromising on the quality of the products used, and sprinkled with a healthy dose of rock, pop and electro.
Presented in small jars with evocative names – Mojito de Tokyo (rum, mint, lemon), Pussy Griotte (Morello cherry, blackcurrant pepper), Total Kéops (faisselle, maquis herbs), Dark Side (chocolate, maple syrup)…. – or available as a foodtruck, Glazed ice creams add a refreshing twist to Trait’Tendance cocktails!
