Echoing the Journées du Patrimoine, the Ile-de-France region will be spotlighting its terroir with the 3rd edition of a gustatory and locavore event: the Fête du Patrimoine Gourmand d’Ile-de-France. At the foot of the Region’s new headquarters, the Gourmet Heritage Festival , bringing together producers and craftsmen, will be held from 10am to 7pm on September 18 and 19. It’s an opportunity to (re)discover emblematic Parisian dishes such as champignon de Paris, honey, mustard and Seine et Marne dairy products.
