Ingredients (serves 6):
– 500g strawberries
– 1 grape tomato
– 10 basil leaves
– 50g caster sugar
– 10cl water
Recipe:
– Pour the sugar and water into a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil, then remove from heat.
– Rinse and hull strawberries. Blend with chopped tomato, basil and sugar syrup.
– Pour into bowls and chill until ready to serve.
