Free-range chicken with mustard seeds and mushrooms
Ingredients
4 free-range chicken thighs
1 tablespoon
Maison Clarance grainy mustard
1 onion
250g fresh button mushrooms
4 tablespoons crème fraiche
1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
Brown the chicken thighs in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes, turning the chicken thighs regularly to brown all sides.
Add the pre-washed and sliced button mushrooms, and continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes over medium heat, depending on the size of the thighs.
Over low heat, add the mustard and crème fraiche. Deglaze the cooking juices and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
