Detox winter salad

Ingredients (serves 6 ):
– 1 Terroirs d’Avenir organic grapefruit
– 4 Terroirs d’Avenir organic oranges
– 1 Terroirs d’Avenir organic fennel
– 1 green meat radish and 1 blue meat radish Terroirs d’Avenir
– 1 small Terroirs d’Avenir organic red onion
– 100g black rice
– 50g blueberries
– 1 bunch dill
Kalios olive oil
– Salt and freshly ground pepper

Recipe:
– Peel the citrus fruit and cut into thick slices. Heat a grill pan over high heat and toast the slices one by one. Make a reservation.
– Recover the juice from the citrus fruit.
– Cook the rice in plenty of salted water (about 20 minutes).
– Peel and trim all vegetables.
– Prepare vinaigrette: combine olive oil, citrus juice, salt and pepper.
– Arrange the rice, vegetables and blueberries on a plate. Add vinaigrette and garnish with chopped dill.
