In 2011, travelling businessman Enrique Zanoni and Gaston Stivelmaher, a graduate of the Institut Argentin de Gastronomie, opened Paris’ first ’empanaderia’. In their store on the Faubourg Saint Antoine, they introduce Parisians to empanadas, delicious little stuffed turnovers that Argentinians love so much. The duo’s success has earned them the title of ‘Best Catering Concept 2013’.
With corn, spinach, tuna, beef or cheese, they are served with a delicately spiced sauce. A culinary voyage to South America, to be discovered on Trait’Tendance cocktails.
