A few days ago, we were delighted to meet up again with Chef Anto for a new collaboration as part of the National Gabonese Women’s Day organized by the Gabonese Embassy in France.
Orchestrated by Chef Anto and produced by the Trait’Tendance teams, this event, which brought together 150 women from the Gabonese diaspora, offered an anthology of African and French culinary specialities:
– Organic salmon, marinated and smoked à la minute
– Monkfish and early vegetables Tiep Bou Dien style
– Guinea fowl Yassa
– Teranga shortbread with foie gras and sweet banana chutney
– Sweet mignardises from another talented chef and pastry chef, Nina Métayer
A big thank you to Chef Anto for renewing her trust in us and for associating us with this meaningful and progressive event, in line with Trait’Tendance’s commitments.
Established in 1998, Gabonese National Women’s Day aims to defend and promote women’s socio-economic rights, reduce gender inequality and support entrepreneurial and associative initiatives.
