Dismantled and relocated at the entrance to the city, disused and completely renovated, it will open its doors in September 2022 on the new gourmet market that everyone in Paris is talking about!
Under the leadership of Basque company Biltoki, which already operates 8 other sites of this type in France, Les Halles d’Issy brings together, in a village-like atmosphere, some twenty craftsmen-traders ultra-committed to their sector, an incubator for food trades and a laboratory for culinary experiments.
