On March 26, 200 Vinci Energies employees were invited to spend an exceptional evening in the historic setting of the Cité de la Céramique in Sèvres.

Located on a four-hectare site on the edge of the Domaine National de Saint Cloud, the world-famous Sèvres porcelain workshop was placed under the authority of the French Crown in 1759. The Cité de la Céramique is Europe’s foremost centre for porcelain creation, and since 1824 has housed the first museum dedicated to ceramics and the arts of fire. At the heart of its production workshops are two majestic galleries housing the manufacturing and decoration departments.
It was in this setting, both industrial and historic, with its flowers and special lighting for the event, that guests from Vinci Energies were able to enjoy a cocktail reception punctuated by several culinary events The menu includes: crumbled crab with avocado espuma, duck breast with candied apples, and a tasting of 36-month-aged Pata Negra Puro Bellota ham.
In addition, several workshops, exceptionally open for the evening, allowed guests to discover different facets of the activity of the Manufacture Royale de Sèvres: base setting, molding, plastering, painting, trimming, cutting, burnishing, small casting, turning…
