In 2009, Renata and Jonathan Blot created Acide Macaron, a gourmet house that reinterprets the great classics of French pastry-making, of which the galette des rois is one of the emblems.
For Epiphany 2016, the Acide galette takes us to Reunion Island, to discover galabé, a very rare cane sugar that brings finesse and character to its puff pastry and frangipane. Pecans, Tonka beans and Madagascan vanilla add a gourmet touch to this galette, available until the end of January.
