In 2009, Renata and Jonathan Blot created Acide Macaron, a gourmet house that reinterprets the great classics of French patisserie, such as the traditional Yule log, with a modern twist.
This winter, Jonathan plays the design and contrast card in a composition aptly named ‘Black’, combining Sacher cookie, chocolate mousse and creamy caramel praline and chocolate… A gourmet dessert, to be found on Trait’Tendance cocktails and dinners until December 31.
