On April 9, La Poste chose the cozy setting of the Happy Loft for an in-house seminar. Ideally located in the heart of Paris’ new east, this former artist’s studio offers a warm and welcoming setting, ideal for organizing events “just like home”.
After a gourmet breakfast of hot drinks, fresh fruit juices and mini viennoiseries, the day continued with a studious morning and a cocktail reception punctuated by several culinary workshops by Trait’Tendance Tender filet of Aubrac beef, a platter of Jean-Yves Bordier cheeses and a succulent fondant baulois with Comoros vanilla ice cream.
