It was while studying in Hong Kong that Thibault Deseine discovered ‘Dim Sum’, small turnovers filled with fish, vegetables or poultry, then steamed in a bamboo basket. With the Dim Sum recipe in his luggage, he launched the Kiosque Dim Sum in France, a fun, healthy urban catering concept.
Prepared with fresh, rigorously selected products, the Kiosque’s Dim Sum have been on the menu of the Trait’Tendance workshops for just a few days now!
