In 2011, Henri Guitet, a thirty-something with an impeccable career, swapped his three-piece suit for a pastry chef’s jacket, and set to work in his Paris apartment, creating ice-cream recipes with dazzling combinations. Glazed was born, and with it a new generation of creative urban recipes.
The latest of our in-house creations, Glazed waffles revisit the codes of this great classic of fairground cuisine. Handcrafted from organic ingredients, they come in a multitude of formats (liégoise, bruxelloise, petite or XXL) and savoury or sweet toppings.
