At the heart of the Franco-Chinese economic relationship, the Comité France-Chine organized its first Soirée Pourpre at the Théâtre du Trianon on December 12, 2017. Bringing together French and Chinese personalities from the worlds of business and diplomacy, the event brought together 200 guests for a gastronomic dinner by Trait’Tendance.
Foie gras de canard mi-cuit, mendiant et kouglof toasté; langoustines de Bretagne au thé vert matcha et tagliatelles de carottes pourpres; ananas poché aux épices et crème glacée au thym de la garrigue… paid tribute to the gastronomy of the two co-hosting countries.
