On July 17, 45 employees of the Comité France Chine met up for an evening at the Pause Parisienne, a trendy new meeting place in Paris.
With lounge music playing in the background, guests were able to sample some of our culinary specialties created by our chefs: a tasting of heirloom tomatoes with Terra Candido mozzarella di bufala Terra Candidomozzarella di bufala, or delicious beef ribs Aubrac beef chops from Maison Conquet. Sweet side, Trait’Tendance signs a refreshing recipefor iced pavlovas, topped with fresh seasonal fruit. The evening continued under the flashes of a Polaroid animation in a convivial atmosphere.
