In April, two Trait’Tendance events took place at the Jardins du Pont Neuf. At the foot of the Ile de la Cité, guests enjoyed the last warm and colorful rays of the day, with the Seine and Paris’s most beautiful monuments on the horizon.
Trait’Tendance celebrated the arrival of spring, punctuating these two festive evenings with refinedculinary animations, such as a tasting of 36-month-aged Puro Bellota Iberian ham and a crab and piquillo crumble. After a few dance steps, guests were seated at the table to discover our Aubrac beef tenderloin from Maison Conquet and magnificent oven-roasted turbot fillets, each accompanied by exceptional products.
The evening ended on a sweet note with an avalanche of Popelini choux pastries and a huge wedding cake by Hugo & Victor.
