From December 7 to January 5, the Place Vendôme will host the Christmas chalet of the
prestigious Ritz Paris hotel.
Gourmet fans can enjoy apfelstrudel, the traditional Christmas gingerbread, and chocolate puff pastry revisited by pastry chef François Perret.
To warm up, he’ll also be serving a delicious Ritz Paris signature hot chocolate – with 70% Venezuelan cocoa and an incomparable creaminess. And to extend the experience at home, the patissier has come up with a number of sweet treats to offer or give as gifts.
Finally, on January 4 and 5, to celebrate Epiphany, a delicious, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth frangipane galette will be offered for your enjoyment. A little surprise: three golden beans are hidden inside!
