Among our teams, gastronomy was the obvious focus. In their kitchens, whether in Paris or elsewhere, our staff have demonstrated immense talent and culinary creativity!
After Sarah, Sophie and Marjorie, who took part in the recipe competition, it’s now the turn of Capucine, our new recruit in Culinary Research and Development, to show us all her talent. Trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse, passionate about gastronomy and hyper-creative, Capucine has not finished astonishing us!
