Trait’Tendance celebrates the Belle Epoque

Our Culinary Design & Creation department has been asked by one of our customers to design a Belle Epoque evening, next January, in the Galerie Sud of the Petit Palais.

Set against a backdrop of feathers and black-and-gold buffets, a host of culinary workshops will reflect the festive, gourmet spirit of the Années Folles:

  • Tasting of IGP foie gras with Kayser gingerbread
  • Fumerolle of sea bass with apples, fennel and iodized cresses
  • Burnt leek, burrata and delicate Aix&Terra black truffle honey
  • Risotto with porcini mushrooms
  • Popelini cabbage
  • Dessert buffet Nina Métayer
