For the Food Ingredients Europe trade show, one of the world leaders in plant-based nutrition entrusted Trait’Tendance with the organization of a gala evening at Espace 56 in the Tour Montparnasse.
It was an opportunity for the 200 guests, staff, customers and prospects to soar 210 metres to (re)see Paris from high above… and discover the Trait’Tendance food corners specially created for the occasion:
- Emietté of crab, mango, piquillo and light avocado cream
- Burnt leek, burrata, truffle honey l’Epicurien
- Le Fondant Baulois and Une Glace à Paris ice cream
A photo workshop and the jazzy chords of the Shades of Blue band enlivened this festive, gourmet evening, with the Paris skyline as its horizon!
