On the occasion of the World Association of Sugar Beet and Cane Growers Congress, members of the Association and key market players were invited to the Grande Ecurie at the Château de Versailles for a gala evening.
Welcomed by Bartabas’s fabulous equestrian show, followed by a cocktail party backstage in the stables, guests then took their seats in the riding arena for a gala dinner produced by Trait’Tendance. Semi-cooked duck foie gras, veal grenadin and thyme-scented strawberries introduced guests from all over the world to the very best of French gastronomy.
