A back-to-school party to prolong the summer!
Last week, one of France’s leading food manufacturers entrusted Trait’Tendance with the organization of its back-to-school party in the verdant setting of Mademoiselle Mouche.
Over 200 employees gathered for a gourmet cocktail reception, punctuated by summery culinary workshops:
- A trip to Italy with a tasting of bruschettas, PDO and DOC Italian cured meats and cheeses, antipasti, breadsticks and olive oils selected by Kalios.
- Dive into the Mediterranean with ombrine tatakiserved with grilled zucchini and basil sauce vierge
- Last strawberries of the summer “mojito style”, sparkling sugar and lime crumble, mojito sorbet
