An evening at the Musée Grévin!
A few days ago, the Musée Grévin opened its doors to 200 Groupe IGS employees. This gala evening, organized by Trait’Tendance, allowed guests to discover, privately and exclusively, the most famous of wax museums… and to enjoy a gourmet cocktail reception hosted by our chefs:
- Ceviché of Mr.Goodfish labelled sea bream , snow peas and citrus fruit
- Maison Conquet Aubrac beef tenderloin , aligot and porcini mushrooms
- Mushroom cappuccino, truffle espuma and Piedmont hazelnuts
- Classico Argentino empanada assortment
- AOC and AOP cheese buffet selected by Jean-Yves Bordier, Meilleur Ouvrier de France
- Tiramisu à la minute
- Selection of mignardises from our partner Nina Métayer, best pastry chef in the world
