A few days ago, the Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris opened its doors for the annual soirée of Série Limitée, the lifestyle and luxury magazine of Les Echos.
After a private tour of the Nicolas de Stael exhibition, the 250 guests discovered the Salle des Grands Maîtres, the grandiose setting for a cocktail reception organized by Trait’Tendance in partnership with pastry chef Nina Métayer.
Sonia and Robert Delaunay’s colorful masterpieces were the backdrop for culinary workshops and tasting buffets that combined gastronomic and visual art:
- Carpaccio of Brittany sea bass, Olivier Roellinger infused oils and raw vegetables
- Sand carrot purée, mini carrot confit with spices and citrus fruits, arugula and fleur de sel sorbet
- Beef Strogonoff
- Large buffet of AOC cheeses selected by Jean-Yves Bordier, Meilleur Ouvrier de France
- Pastry workshop led by Nina Métayer, who a few weeks ago was named World’s Best Pastry Chef.
