A landmark in French history
Formerly the residence of invalid officers and soldiers, this military landmark was built in the 17th century during the reign of Louis XIV. The hotel was established as a place of rest and recuperation for war veterans, and expanded with the construction of a church and then a dome in 1678 and 1706.
It was during the revolution of 1789 that the building was renamed Hôtel national des Invalides.
In a unique and prestigious setting, both modern and steeped in history, four private rooms are available. This masterpiece of classical French architecture, in the heart of Paris, offers a choice of atypical rooms with a majestic view over the esplanade des Invalides. Restored in 2001, these privatizable spaces have regained their elegance and sparkle to enhance your professional and private receptions.
Parquet floors, moldings and woodwork decorate these rooms and lounges, giving charm and character to these premises in the heart of Paris’s 7th arrondissement, which can accommodate up to 200 guests.
