Awarded “Pâtissière of the Year” two years running before the age of 30, Nina Métayer trained at the Ecole Ferrandi Paris before starting her career at Hôtel Meurice, Raphaël, Grand Restaurant and Café Pouchkine. Drawing on her experience and driven by the flame of entrepreneurship, she became a consultant, developed numerous projects and, in 2019, launched her online patisserie: Delicatisserie.
All year round, Nina offers delicate, light desserts made from carefully selected fresh seasonal produce. In addition to its permanent chocolate menu, the company also offers ephemeral creations that reflect current events, both big and small!
